Returns & Refunds Policy

At Pawsitively Pets Middleton St George, we want you to be happy with every purchase. This policy explains how we handle returns and refunds for both our in-store and online shop.

1. Returns (Online and In-Store Purchases)

  • You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of purchase or delivery.

  • Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Exclusions

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food or treats)

  • Opened grooming products or hygiene items

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Gift cards

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will offer:

  • A replacement, exchange, or full refund (your choice)

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item

We may request a photo of the item or require the return of the product.

4. How to Return an Item

In Store:
Return the item to our shop during business hours with proof of purchase.

By Post (for online orders):
Email pawsitivelypetsmsg@gmail.com to request return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days after we receive the returned item.
