4. Dog Grooming Salon
 

4.1 Appointments

  • All grooming appointments must be booked in advance.

  • Please arrive on time and collect your pet promptly at the agreed time.
     

4.2 Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
     

4.3 Pet Health and Behaviour

  • Pets must be fully vaccinated and in good health.

  • Please notify us of any behavioural issues, allergies, or medical conditions.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop a grooming session if your pet shows signs of distress or aggression.
     

4.4 Liability

  • While we take every precaution, grooming involves inherent risks (e.g., nicks, stress, skin reactions).

  • We are not liable for any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or issues that arise from or after grooming.
     

5. Dog Walking and Pet Visiting Services
 

5.1 Service Areas

  • We operate within a defined radius around Middleton St George. Please contact us to confirm availability in your area.
     

5.2 Bookings and Cancellations

  • Services must be booked in advance.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or the full fee may be charged.
     

5.3 Pet Requirements

  • Dogs must be sociable and not aggressive toward other animals or people. They must have good recall and will need to have signed waiver to be off lead

  • All pets must be vaccinated, dewormed, and treated for fleas and ticks.
     

5.4 Keys and Access

  • If we require access to your home, you must provide a working key and detailed instructions.

  • All keys are securely stored and used only for scheduled visits.
     

5.5 Liability

  • We are fully insured; however, we are not responsible for injuries or loss resulting from unforeseen incidents or incorrect information provided by the pet owner.
